Our Lactoguard epoxy moisture barrier is the insurance policy for your new floor. New Zealand is one of the most humid countries in the world and our moisture barrier is your first and only line of defense to prevent your newly poured leveling compound or freshly laid timber flooring from blowing off the floor. Lactoguard will keep moisture in your floor at or around the ideal of 70-75% RH (Relative Humidity). Failure is not an option for us here at All Floor Prep and therefore, we will never consider pouring self-leveling compound without first applying a moisture barrier, for our peace of mind and yours.
